A licensed architect in the state of New Jersey, Robert O'Reilly brought his vision of forming a full-service architectural firm to reality with the launch of Arch Design Architects, Inc. in 2001.

After studying Construction Management and obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Robert amassed extensive experience in design and project management by working with various architectural firms throughout New Jersey.  Soon after acquiring his licensure as an architect, Robert studied the execution of design from a construction perspective by managing multimillion dollar projects for a well established general contractor.  By 2001, Robert and his partners were in a position to reveal Arch Design to the world at large.
